The number of new corona patients in the capital of Delhi has been steadily rising for the past few days. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also imposed some restrictions on Delhi due to the growing proliferation of corona. Therefore, considering the situation in Delhi, care is being taken in Mumbai as well. Against this backdrop, according to Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kapoor, the Delhi-Mumbai journey could increase the spread of corona in Mumbai. Therefore, a decision has been taken to close air and rail services on this route. State Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is also said to have given the green light to the proposal. Therefore, an order in this regard may be issued soon in consultation with the concerned departments. It has also come to light that correspondence is being sent to the concerned departments to stop Mumbai-Delhi and Delhi-Mumbai flights as well as rail travel.
